The download for the appropriate one will be listed under "Utilities". Depending on your specific model, it may use the older Dragon Gaming Center or it may use the newer Dragon Center. Then click the "Download" link below your model to go to its download page. Next, click on the "Service" link at the top of this webpage, enter your model/product name in the "Find Product" box and click the search icon. Your notebook's product name should be listed in the bottom right corner. One of the easiest ways to obtain your model/product name is to run the SCM (MSI's system control manager) software. ![]() For example, my notebook model is the GT80 2QE. There should be a second three-character code. ![]() The first thing you need to know is your full model/product name and "GE62" is only the first part. ![]() So MSI locates these downloads separately on a special download page for each model notebook. You should only download MSI drivers, firmware and software for your model-not another notebook model.
